A Champions Cup rugby sport between Toulouse and Sale was delayed for about half an hour on Sunday when a parachutist in a pre-match show was caught on the roof of the Stadium de Toulouse.
Footage on social media confirmed the aerial performer gliding into the venue earlier than turning into lodged on the sting of the roof, lowering his blue-and-white parachute to tatters.
The parachutist was seen dangling for a number of minutes as followers had been cleared from the realm and employees positioned a protecting inflatable ornament beneath him, the BBC broadcaster reported.
Firefighters then slowly rose a mechanised ladder to gather the person in a basket. He had apparently been as a result of ship the sport ball.
